We ship to all 50 states, and freight is included in the published price shown on each structure’s pricing page. The price you see already includes delivery for the vast majority of the lower 48.
In some cases an additional charge applies — for example, a docking fee, a remote-area surcharge, or an unload fee where a site can’t be reached directly. Alaska and Hawaii are quoted separately.
How freight is quoted
- Lower 48 (vast majority): freight included in the published price.
- Limited exceptions: a docking fee, remote-area surcharge, or unload fee may apply for hard-to-reach sites; we confirm any such charge with your quote.
- Alaska & Hawaii: quoted separately.
One published price applies nationwide — in-state and out-of-state customers pay the same, freight included. Utah customers pay the same published price and get the added benefit of local installation.

How long does delivery take?
Most structures ship in 2–6 weeks during the spring and summer season, and 1–3 weeks in the fall and winter. Exact lead time depends on the size of your structure and your delivery location — your Design Manager confirms the current lead time with your quote. Transit time and the delivery date are scheduled with you once your structure ships.
How fast can I get a pergola or pavilion?
Need it by a certain date — for a wedding, party, or event? Tell your Design Manager your deadline. As a custom CNC manufacturer, we can often adjust production to make it work, even when others are booked out.
