Twelve Years Later, Something New—and Familiar
Our first project for the Frazier family was in 2013.
A pergola—8×16, Douglas fir, Champion profile, finished in Rich Cordoba. It’s been part of their life ever since.

Now, more than a decade later, they decided to add to that space —out of love for what they already had.
Twelve Years Later, So Beautiful

The original pergola still stands strong. Even after more than a decade, it’s just as beautiful as the day it was installed. It stands solid and feels perfectly at home in the landscape.
There’s something deeply satisfying about seeing a structure like this years later, still serving, still loved, still right at home.
You can sense what it’s become to the family who lives with it. Not just a feature in the yard, but a part of their rhythm. A place that invites them out—for meals, for conversation, for quiet.
That’s the reward: a space that keeps giving, year after year.
The New Addition

This time, they chose a curved timber trellis.
Freestanding and graceful, it flows naturally with the lines of their circular patio. It’s crafted from Douglas fir, finished in Rich Cordoba, and designed to feel timeless.
The craftsmanship mirrors the pergola, but the presence is quieter. It brings definition and shade to a new corner of the yard—without disrupting a thing.
It just fits.

More Than a Second Project
This wasn’t just another addition.
It was a continuation—a quiet nod to something that was done right the first time.
That kind of trust doesn’t come from a transaction. It comes from time.

Still the Same Yard—Just More of It
Today, their pergola and trellis stand side by side—each with its own voice, each built with care.
That’s what we love most: not just building structures, but helping create places that people carry with them—not just for a season, but for good.
