Three Install Paths

From kit to completed: choosing the installation path that’s right for you.

Hi [First Name],

One of the first questions that comes up in almost every conversation is: who actually puts this thing together? I wanted to lay out your three options so you can see what each one looks like — and so you know there’s no pressure to decide right now.

Most people picture a multi-day construction project, but because everything arrives pre-cut with the joinery already done, the install is a lot faster than you’d expect. The right path really just depends on your schedule, whether you know a good contractor, and how hands-on you want to be.

Here’s how each one works:

Path 1

DIY

Great if you’re handy, you’ve got a few people who can help lift, and you like the idea of building it yourself.

What We Send You

Full plans, pre-cut joinery, all the hardware, a written assembly guide, and our phone number for when you get stuck.

What You’ll Need

Site prep, footings, a crew of two to four, and a weekend or two. Lifting equipment helps but isn’t required for smaller kits.

How Long It Takes

A day to a weekend, depending on size and your crew. The joinery is already cut — that’s the part that would normally slow you down.

About 10–15% of families go this route.

Path 3

Our Install Crew

If you’d rather just have one number to call and let us handle it, this is your path.

What We Handle

We bring our crew to your site, coordinate the freight, do the install, and walk you through everything when it’s done.

What You’ll Need

Site prep readiness — we’ll walk you through it. Permits in hand before we arrive, plus power and water access on site.

How Long It Takes

Usually an afternoon to a full day. Bigger jobs can take a bit longer, but most go up a lot faster than people expect.

About 25–35% of families go this route.
