A natural innovator, Hyrum has been a woodworker since he was a kid. He became fascinated with the old world craftsmanship of timber frame; the joining of timbers by interlocking cuts without the use of conventional nails, glue or unsightly hardware. Timber frame became his new passion. The modus operandi of a timber wright was so fulfilling, Hyrum dreamed of designing a way that anyone who wanted to, to experience timber framing firsthand.
