Western Timber Frame™ is at it again, merging and interfacing architectural styles and designs to form an exciting and new purposeful and inspirational architectural shade structure. Some refer to this type of design as a gavilion; it is in all practicality a blending of a pavilion and a gazebo. Western Timber Frame™ has been interfacing timber frame arbors, gazebos, pavilions and pergolas with custom roof designs for numerous clients over the years. Interfacing architectural shade structure designs has ever been gaining in popular demand as seen in these two illustrated examples of two new exciting project plans to be installed for current clients.
At the Sandy, Utah Fall Home & Garden Show, Western Timber Frame™ won again Best of Show. The gazebo/pavilion interfaced design was received with much enthusiasm and has been the inspiration for several new design combinations. Pictured on the left is HGTV stars Mina Starsiak and Karen Jensen from ‘Two Chicks and a Hammer’ just hanging out in our cozy booth with Hyrum at the Deseret News Fall Home Show in Sandy, Utah. Curtains hang over the windows of the gazebo/pavilion on display.
