This morning we are here in Orem Utah. And these clients here have been great to work with. They contacted us initially to solve a problem they had. They have an existing open deck and they really wanted to made it make it larger. At the same time putting a shade structure, a pergola over that deck.We had some initial challenges because they wanted to attach this structure to the house and put a slope to it and have that slope of roof to pop out on the home here to miss the roof. I think with our designers and our team of architects here in the office we were able to overcome that challenge, no problem, so we are to get started. Home Owners Association Poolside Pavilion For Shade

With this project that we are working on now of this pavilion, we have a design manager that comes out on site. They get the drawings, they measure it up on site; they bring it back to the shop. We then have our architects, we are able to put it into a 3D program. And once they get it up they are able to find out if there are any defects in the drawings; make sure everything is going to work out properly, the dimensions wise and also give a color 3D rendering for the homeowner or the client to approve. Once its approved, we are able to convert these into shop drawings and from here then it goes out to our manufacturing facility.
