HGTV John & Whitney Spinks Booth Design Excellence Award SLC Home Show

We had a great time at the 2015 Salt Lake City Home Show. We were very grateful to be honored with HGTV's John and Whitney Spinks Booth Design Excellence Award and it was a delight to meet John and Whitney Spinks.

John and Whitney Spinks are from Florida and are presently working for HGTV’s new show, Flipping the Block. The show specializes in home remodeling and DIY projects. John and Whitney also have a beautiful website, Drab to Fab Design featuring fantastic DIY makeover projects.

I enjoyed the Spinks fun fact quote from Josh Temple of the DIY Network's: House Crashers:

Carpenters are always the happiest guys on the job site. Why? Because the smell of freshly cut wood releases endorphins, which incite a state of happiness.

And yes, John and Whitney, as guys passionate about timber, we can vouch to the truth of Josh Temple's estimation.
