When I first saw my friend's pergola (also from Western Timber Frame) I drooled. So I started planning our backyard makeover. When I found out they were having a drawing for a free pergola, I entered. I never expected to win; but that's exactly what happened! Once I stopped screaming (yay!) I started to try and lower my expectations. I mean, when you win things like this it's usually some kind of up-sell, right? "Yes you won our most basic, but if you want all four posts you'll have to pay extra." That kind of thing. But there were no strings attached!! They let me know I could have it delivered (for free) and I could decide to install it myself, or they could install it for me (for a reasonable fee). Long story short, I decided to have them install it. And here is where the real quality and virtue of the company really shone. The install team was excellent. They dug deep footings, and made sure that my experience was a quality one. Not once did I feel like I was getting a second hand product. The guys showed incredible attention to detail. They left my yard looking fantastic, and kept the work area clear so that my 3 year old and I could safely watch the whole process. It was so cool! The Pergola went together like Lincoln Logs. And the pergola in my back yard is just as gorgeous and durable as the one my friend bought that started this whole adventure. I highly recommend Western Timber Frame. I saw your pergola at the Sandy Expo and fell in love with the quality parts and workmanship that go into your pergolas which I didn’t find with the other companies. I was also impressed with the installation. The workmen were knowledgeable and worked quickly. It was surprisingly finished in only 3 1/2 hours and the patio and driveway were picked up and swept. I was a little concerned, with the large size of the timbers, that the pergola would over-power my house, but that’s not the case at all. It’s very sturdy and will look beautiful for years to come. I would definitely use Western Timber Frame again as other projects arise and would definitely recommend your company to others.

Last weekend we celebrated by having a "Pergola Party." Lots of fun and everyone loved the new pergola. They asked where we got it and who built it. Neighbors commented on the pergola and said "definitely keeps the sun off you." They love the style and sturdy construction.
